Asahi River "Durbio" series fluorine free oil-proof coating can be used in various types of coating equipment such as anilox, squeegee, wire rod and gravure, and also can be dip coated and sprayed. Different substrates and coating volumes can be matched to different end-use applications; the machine speed can be opened up to 60m/min; the recommended drying temperature is 105-160°C. Asahikawa "Blue Coating" series of plastic coated paper is a product made by matching Asahikawa's "Durbio" plastic coating with the substrate of the end-use application and then processing and marketing. While replacing the conventional material, the product can be heat-sealed directly by following the conventional processing and molding process. We are currently accepting custom orders for various sizes of Durbio coated paper.
