Professor from School of Management, Sun Yat-sen University visited Hetrun

On the 11th of February, 2022, during the Chinese New Year,Hetrun welcomed Associate Professor Huang Gui from the School of Management and Associate Professor Fu Chunguang from the School of Marxism of Sun Yat-sen University to visit the company and give guidance on Asahikawa's development and planning, and to have a discussion and exchange with all employees.
The teachers wrote an inscription for the Asahi River: "The rising sun is rising, the flow of water is endless. It symbolises that the company is as strong and vigorous as the sunrise, and development is as unceasing as the mountains and rivers, never stopping. On the occasion of the listing of Xuchuan's shares, the company engraved the inscription on the central pool, which has a good meaning. Professor Huang and Professor Fu took a group photo with General Manager Zheng Hui and other members of the company.
Mr Huang and Mr Fu visited the company's Party building meeting room and paid tribute to the company's Party building work and encouraged the company's staff to remember the original intention, positive energy for team building and giving back to the society. At the same time, they visited the R&D department and laboratory and communicated with the R&D team and got to know the company's products.

The two teachers gave a valuable lesson to each student of Asahikawa Corporation, providing many valuable suggestions in terms of marketing and culture. For Asahikawa's creative and strategic objectives, the slogan "Unity, Tension, Seriousness, Vibrancy" was made into a slogan and placed around the production site as a constant reminder.
In the classroom, the students had a lively discussion and actively asked questions, creating a good atmosphere. Mr Huang suggested that students in the marketing department could read "The Ubiquitous", which would provide some inspiration on the psychology of market groups, market operations, promotion and marketing, consumer behaviour analysis and so on.
The General Management Department can learn from the wish note culture of the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University and apply it to their work, create a lively atmosphere of "unity, tension, seriousness and liveliness", and record the daily routine of each department on the bulletin board.
